Hi and welcome to the new THUS
It’s been 15 months now since THUS and Demon became part of the Cable & Wireless Worldwide family and we have been quietly sorting out a load of things behind the scenes. Our focus has been on integrating the business with C&W and talking to our customers about all of the benefits that the acquisition by C&W Worldwide means for them. All of the integration activity is complete and we are now ready to shout about the exciting future that THUS has and how we bring something very different to our market.
We have great stories to tell; the quality and reach of the network, our increased financial stability and cash generation, the renaissance of Demon, the quality and depth of our customer services, our vision and ambition for what THUS will become in the marketplace.
As the Cable&Wireless Worldwide brand focused on the mid-market sectors, THUS has the only UK wide next-generation network in the marketplace to deliver services to our customers. In Demon, we have one of the original ISP’s that we will re-launch to focus on business customers and in this space it is growing healthily. Being part of the Cable&Wireless Worldwide family brings many benefits and all of these are being passed on to our customers.
We have the skills, products and all the attributes needed to be supplier of choice for medium sized business customers. Our aim is to build the reputation of the company; fresh, ambitious, innovative, service focussed, demonstrating a clear belief in not only doing the right things, but doing things in the right way. Cable&Wireless Worldwide is winning business every day from BT in the large corporate space and we, with our focus and hunger to win, will do the same in our market against BT Retail using the same principles: customer focus, quality of service and reliability and quality of our network.
