<p>Having joined THUS in 2000, Rachael has worked in a variety of commercial and HR roles throughout the business before undertaking an interim position heading up HR &amp; Communications.</p>
<p>Outside of work, Rachael and her husband like to spend time with friends and family and are keen, albeit fair-weather, motorcyclists.</p>

<p>As Sales Director, Eddie is accountable for the growth agenda of the company and positioning THUS as the key challenger for the delivery of IP services to our SME customers.</p>
<p>Starting as a Telecoms Engineering Graduate in the Utility sector with ScottishPower, Eddie&#8217;s career with THUS has seen him in diverse roles covering Engineering and Operations before moving into frontline Sales management since 2004.</p>
<p>Eddie is married with two children, with a keen interest in Music and Cinema outside of work.</p>

<p>As Director of Customer Service, Simon is accountable ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout.</p>
<p>With a management career spent in customer service roles across a number of industries including Financial Services, IT  and Telecommunications, Simon has demonstrable experience in building, turning around and integrating service organisations.</p>
<p>In his previous role as Head of Customer Service within THUS, Simon created a single service organisation, changing the focus to a customer centric approach enabling the growth and migration away from traditional fixed line services to converged IP networks.</p>
<p>Simon is married, and outside of work enjoys sport, playing rugby and golf on a regular basis.</p>

<p>Dan Cole is Director of Product and Marketing for THUS and is responsible for defining the company’s products and service propositions and bringing these to the market.</p>
<p>Dan joined THUS through its acquisition of Demon, where he started in 1997.  Initially, he held a number of sales and product roles covering Demon services before most recently heading up the Product Management area.</p>
<p>Married with one young daughter, Dan is a keen cyclist and runner in his spare time.</p>

<p>After graduating from Strathclyde University, Gillian worked in the South of England in a number of marketing roles. Following a role with Hewitt-Packard, in 1998 she joined the Contact Centre sector where she worked for 10 years, ultimately managing a Contact Centre with over 900 employees.</p>
<p>Gillian joined THUS plc as Director of Human Resources in 2004 and, in this role, she and her HR team support the delivery of the Company’s business strategy and objectives.  She believes that a successful business focuses on its people who ultimately deliver the results.</p>
<p>In her current role, she is also responsible for the Company’s internal communications.</p>

<p>Mike joined THUS in January 2009 from Cable&amp;Wireless whom he joined following the company’s acquisition of Energis.</p>
<p>Having a background in ISP, DataStreaming, sales and LLU strategy development, Mike progressed to become Head of Commercial Finance and subsequently Commercial Finance Director for the Enterprise Business unit.</p>
<p>Previous posts have include roles at Zurich Insurance and CiMs.</p>
<p>Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with friends and family and is a keen, although increasingly armchair based, sports fan and a fully signed-up fair-weather golfer.</p>

<p>Stewart joined THUS in August 2009 from Cable &amp; Wireless having spent 4 years there in a number of senior sales, product and finance roles before running the Dedicated Services business unit for 2 years immediately prior to taking over at THUS.</p>
<p>Coming from a background in finance and business performance, he spent 3 years at Energis in a number of finance and commercial roles working on all aspects of the company’s turnaround. Prior to this, he worked for Accenture in their Finance and Performance Management Consultancy practice, consulting in all areas of the CFO agenda across Europe and across a number of different industries.</p>
<p>Stewart joined Accenture from KPMG where, after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, he spent time in their Corporate Finance business working on behalf of a number of FTSE 100 organisations.</p>
