Our aim is to become the New Force in the business telecoms sector. As part of the Cable&Wireless family we have the strength and stability, and the willingness to really shake-up the sector and encourage customers to Demand More!
With new and dynamic leadership and some new branding, we are signalling our intention to be different, and better. We are changing the way we think, the way we work, the way we communicate and the way we listen to our customers – and act on what they are telling us.
Our approach is going to be straight forward and personal. The best products, the best service, the best advice and ongoing support and clear, transparent pricing and billing and a person to deal with should you have any comments and questions or advice on how we can improve – as we are always happy to listen to good advice.

The telecoms sector is typically about customer satisfaction and not excellence in customer service. THUS aims to change that – we don’t believe satisfaction is enough, we want to be a pleasure to do business with.
We understand the importance of getting it right first time and should anything go wrong, we understand the impact downtime has on your business. We will go that extra mile to ensure faults or issues are resolved as quickly as possible with named, intelligent UK based customer service people with the power to deal with your issue from contact until you are happy it is resolved. We will take full responsibility for what we do for you and we will take pride in doing it.

It is not about price, it is about value. We will constantly strive to offer ‘best value’ solutions that provide a total cost to you that helps your business and hence a price where our customers will see a return on their investment. And we will reward the loyalty of existing customers rather than offering the best deals only to new customers. That only seems fair to us.
