As Director of Customer Service, Simon is accountable ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout.
With a management career spent in customer service roles across a number of industries including Financial Services, IT and Telecommunications, Simon has demonstrable experience in building, turning around and integrating service organisations.
In his previous role as Head of Customer Service within THUS, Simon created a single service organisation, changing the focus to a customer centric approach enabling the growth and migration away from traditional fixed line services to converged IP networks.
Simon is married, and outside of work enjoys sport, playing rugby and golf on a regular basis.
