Gillian Campbell

Director of Human Resources

After graduating from Strathclyde University, Gillian worked in the South of England in a number of marketing roles. Following a role with Hewitt-Packard, in 1998 she joined the Contact Centre sector where she worked for 10 years, ultimately managing a Contact Centre with over 900 employees.

Gillian joined THUS plc as Director of Human Resources in 2004 and, in this role, she and her HR team support the delivery of the Company’s business strategy and objectives.  She believes that a successful business focuses on its people who ultimately deliver the results.

In her current role, she is also responsible for the Company’s internal communications.
